Water Injection

Reservoir support using water injection is of significant importance on many oil production facilities. Efficient operation of the filtration and deaeration systems is essential if the correct water injection specification is to be achieved.

The operation of de-aerator towers and multiple pump sets can be difficult under plant upset conditions. Core personnel have extensive experience in the configuration and analysis associated with these systems to improve the operation of the entire water injection system.

Core personnel have experience of optimising a variety of water injection systems including Vacuum deaeration, Sulphate Reduction Packages (SRP) and Produced Water Re-Injection (PWRI) Systems.

Recovery of reservoir voidage has returned huge benefits for some Operators in the North Sea.
