Throughput Enhancement

Once uptime and stability are achieved for any process plant, Operations personnel become confident in the plant performance and usually push the process to achieve maximum throughput.

External assistance is rarely needed once the plant is stable and reliable.

However, if performance testing of compression systems or production throughput enhancements cause stability issues, specialist assistance can enhance throughput with minimal risk of production deferral.

Core can provide assistance with throughput enhancement trials such as low pressure separation trials, gas lift trials, produced water optimisation or low flaring trials. One of the major benefits of having Core on site is the ability to rapidly solve instability problems or throughput limitations that may occur during the trial and this may prevent the trial from being halted.
